We start with the same locally-sourced raspberries and blueberries that anchor our classic jams, then fold in a splash of prosecco for a bright, effervescent finish that makes every jar feel like a special occasion.
Slow-cooked in small batches to honour the fruit and the craft, this jam is as beautiful as it is delicious. Pair it with aged cheddar and crackers, spoon it over brie, or simply spread it on fresh sourdough. However you enjoy it, it's a little taste of something handmade with heart.
